How we began
ICON Data and Learning Labs was founded by alumni of the USAID Youth Excel Kenya 2021–2022 programme led by Zeddy Misiga. Through the programme, the founding members built practical skills in using research and data to understand and address challenges affecting young people, particularly unemployment and work readiness.
After the programme, the alumni continued working together with like-minded individuals to develop evidence-based solutions to community challenges. This collaboration led to the founding of ICON Data and Learning Labs (IDL).
How We do It
