At ICON Data and Learning Labs (IDL), we believe that data and technology are key drivers of inclusive social and economic transformation. Through our Data Tech Incubation Program, we empower youth, women, and persons with disabilities to build sustainable, tech-enabled enterprises. The program provides end-to-end support for startups and social enterprises through digital transformation training, business incubation, mentorship, and access to digital tools and resources.

We help entrepreneurs digitize their operations, improve efficiency, and use data to make informed business decisions and unlock new opportunities. Our approach also integrates creative storytelling, using digital media to amplify agricultural and sustainability narratives that influence consumer behavior and drive impact.
